If I want a different fabric for my Create Your Own Smock, is that ok?
Yes, that is what the 'Something Else' for box is for. Please explain what it is that you want clearly so we get it right. Any mistakes will be at your own cost. Feel free to DM us or Email us an image and explain you've done this in the notes box. Please make it as clear as possible for us.

Can I send in my own t-shirt for you to turn into a Smock?
Our Supply Your Own options will be closed until Emma is back from Maternity Leave (probably until the end of the year) - This is because this option requires more work from her, so it's a way to cut down workload whilst on her leave. 

Can you source me something special?

Will my smock arrive in time for my event?
Whilst Emma is on Maternity Leave, there is no guarantee when we can deliver pieces, so please bear this in mind when ordering for events. We have freelancers working for us in the background who will be prepping and making up your smocks - But we do have a longer turnaround to make up for the extra time needed for this. Bespoke pieces will take up to (and sometimes over) 12 weeks, although we always aim for sooner. Pre-made pieces will be sent within a week, but please allow extra time whilst Emma is on Maternity Leave.

What can I do if my smock rips at the seam?
Occasionally, t-shirts can come away from the seam of the fabric - To avoid this, fold up your Smocks rather than hanging them in a wardrobe. We do offer free fixes though, head over to the 'Alterations' section of the website under 'Shop' and select 'Free Alteration'.

What can I do if I have ordered incorrectly?
We're really sorry but as you have marked a tick box to confirm you have entered all your order details correctly - You will need to pay for any alterations to your Smock. We hope you can understand. Please head to the 'Alterations' section under 'Shop' and select 'Re-make Smock'.

If your Smock needs shortening, select the 'Shorten Hem' option. All shipping details will be emailed to you, please check your junk mail!
Please note that we can shorten hems, but not add length - To add length, your Smock will need remaking.

If we have sent your order incorrectly - Please hold out for our response to your message. We will get this sorted for you but Emma is the only one to monitor DM's, so time with her new baby will come first. We hope you can understand!

Where is my tracking number?
UK customers, your parcel is sent with 2nd Class Royal Mail so you do not get a tracking reference.
Overseas customers, please look out for your email from Evri Which will include your tracking number. This will arrive with you once we have processed your shipping label, probably a week or so after your shipping confirmation email from Cherrybomb.

Can I return my item?

When will my order be sent?
If you are chasing for your order, please refer to the turnaround time given on your Order Confirmation Email. This is also on the header of the website. Whilst Emma is on Maternity Leave, the turnaround time for Pre-made will be around one week, and Bespoke will be 12 weeks - We always aim for sooner, however please be patient and allow extra time, just in case. Overseas Orders can be tracked with your Tracking Reference emailed to you by Evri. We will not reply to messages or emails about this as your details can be easily found.
